Ok, so the Walker Bros Fitness boot camp went great. I feel healthier and have a new found passion for fitness.
However, The boot camps are held with quite large gaps between then as I believe hold further camps in Clapham and Wandsworth.
I was aware that it was important to keep up the momentum now that I had started so I approached my instructor Tim and asked him if I could have some one on one personal training sessions. I booked just one session to start off with and placed an order for a further 9 straight afterwards.
My personal training session is once a week on a tuesday before work. Tim meets me at my gym near Liverpool Street station and we spend an hour working on my goal which is to beef up a bit.
Tim has helped me with a training schedule and given me dietary advice although I am finding hard to lay off the kebabs :)
The guys at Walker Bros fitness really are great. Their enthusiasm for fitness is infectious and I have begun to notice real changes in only a few weeks.
I feel better in the mornings and I might just wear those jeans that I haven't fitted into since my late 20's next week.

Walker Bros Fitness Boot Camps in London
I recently went to a boot camp session in Liverpool Street at the recommendation of my friend Garry. They have 3 sites Liverpool Street, Clapham and Wandsworth. Coming from east London I decided my best bet was to try out their Liverpool Street boot camp.

You can sign up directly on the site. I had a few questions about the boot camp I wanted to ask before I committed my money so I called them. The staff were friendly and efficient and even offered my first boot camp class for free. How can I loose?
I had to get up early (7am) to attend and the kettle bell work out was gruelling but fun. Straight away afterwards I noticed a difference in how I felt.
I've just signed up for the whole of next month at a cost of £45 that is less than a single session with a personal trainer and I still feel that I got all the benefits.
Thanks a lot Guys!
